Refund policy
We do not have a return and refund policy.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Only exchange or vouchers will be provided
We will notify you once we’ve done our investigation as per your request, and let you know if the exchange/voucher was approved or not. If approved, a new item will be delivered to you in 3 working days or a voucher will be issued to you within 5 days.Â
